Friday, July 7th, 7 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Vancouver Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre
Hosted by Tanya Fletcher, CBC News Anchor
and Jacques Lalonde, comedian and stroke survivor

A celebration of incredible works of art by stroke survivors to raise awareness and funds for important stroke recovery programs in the community.

Come out to see amazing paintings and pieces of art created by some amazing stroke survivor artists. This year we are thrilled to welcome back painters, Michelle Britton and Dannielle Hayes, and excited to feature newcomers such as First Nations painter and carver, Eddie MacDougall, author Ron Smith, painter Pat Bell, and carver and painter, Clyde Nakashimi.

This year we are featuring an interactive "Artist Studio" hosted by Art for Change, where you can try your hand at making art, and a funky photo booth to help you let your inner artist out!

Come savour tasty desserts donated by Tapestry (Westbrook Village) Retirement Communities, bid on some valuable art pieces donated by such artists as Janine Ray and Ronan Boyle, and participate in the raffle and auction to win fabulous prizes - from a guitar to an African Safari!

Come meet the artists and hear their inspiring stories of hope and recovery!
There is life after stroke!
