No Clawbacks from the Canada Disability Benefit

Tell your provincial or territorial representative to change social assistance regulations to prevent the CDB from clawing back social assistance. 

Six provinces and territories (Saskatchewan, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Manitoba, and British Columbia) have committed to no clawbacks. If your province or territory is listed below, you can participate in this campaign, developed by Maytree and March of Dimes Canada, to advocate and engage with government decision-makers to prevent clawbacks related to the new CDB in your province or territory.
