We’re happy to announce that our Hospital Visitation program is now online!
Our trained volunteers can’t make in-person visits right now, but they’re finding other ways to connect. Phone calls and virtual meetings allow them to safely, easily support stroke survivors and caregivers as they learn to navigate life after stroke, which is crucial at a time when so many services have been suspended.
Virtual visits are currently available in Ontario, to wonderful feedback, and we hope to offer them in British Columbia and Atlantic Canada soon.
