We are currently recruiting participants to take part in a feedback study examining the effects of Conductive Education® on a person's quality of life. Conductive Education is a motor learning intervention that involves participation in a group and focuses on learning to use your body more effectively in order to gain more independence. Plus there is no cost to participate!
Eligibility to Participate:
- Stroke survivor
- Willing to participate in all 9 group sessions of Conductive Education®
- Willing to participate in exercises and activities that will focus on improving mobility, balance, posture and independence
Overview of Study:
- Evaluation by a conductor
- 9 sessions of Conductive Education classes (1.5 hrs per class)
- Self-evaluation form pre & post program
Cost:
Free - no cost to participate
Note: no classes will be held February 17, 2020.
