TIME™ at Home is a pre-recorded exercise program, developed by the University Health Network for people with balance and mobility challenges. March of Dimes Canada is partnering with the University of Toronto to deliver this program eight times from Fall 2024 to Summer 2025. March of Dimes Canada is recruiting virtual facilitators with experience in virtual program facilitation.
The 90-minute exercise program includes a seated warm-up and cool down, and 40 minutes of exercise done in standing, practicing movements used in day-to-day life. The goal of each 8-week program is to provide physical and social wellness virtually for clients. By volunteering to facilitate this exciting program, you will also contribute to research being conducted by the University of Toronto about the effectiveness and reach of the virtual delivery model.
