Apply to be a Co-Designer at March of Dimes Canada (MODC). Co-design is a process of designing with people with disabilities, rather than designing for them. We involve people who are most affected by the design early in the process. While co-design is not new at MODC, we are creating a Co-Design Community to expand these opportunities across our whole organization.

This community includes both internal and external members. Participation is project-based. For example, we co-designed a disability inclusion online course. Online co-design meetings are typically no more than monthly and 60–90 minutes in length.

External members are compensated. For MODC employees, manager approval is required to participate in co-design activities during regular work hours.

Applications close Monday, November 16.
