The Bell Relay Service (BRS) allows hearing and speech impaired people to communicate with other persons by phone with specially trained operators acting as intermediary. Relay operators are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service is easy to use and is available almost anywhere in the world. There are no extra charges to use the service; BRS calls are billed as regular calls. (Excerpt from the bell.ca website)
