Fundraiser grosses $40,000 for March of Dimes Canada programs in Halifax!
For Immediate Release: MODC’s 13th annual Rock for Dimes Halifax fundraiser is a tradition, now, and it’s always a great time.
As usual, the event featured fantastic local bands –
Margin Call, Project 501, Spare Parts, Fishy Business, The Goldilocks Effect, Red C, and
Terminal Road – who donated their time and talent.
Our celebrity judges included:
Anna Zee (Q104),
Margaret Chapman (Halifax Chamber of Commerce),
Carrie Ricker (NS Barristers Society),
Wendy Luther (Halifax Partnership), and our RFD Patron,
Brian Greenway of April Wine.
The evening was hosted by
Tom Bedell, of Q104, and
Sarah Ritchie, from Global.
Congratulations to
