8 or 9. Remember having needle put in the end of her spine she had to sleep sitting up.
2. Was it paralytic polio? If so, did you have any permanent effects?
Could not walk, no there are no permanent effects now.
3. When were you diagnosed with post-polio syndrome?
Never been diagnosed with post polio syndrome, but has only known about it for 3 years.
4. What do you want people to know about post-polio syndrome?
Awareness of the syndrome.
