The Home and Vehicle Modification Program is funded by the Ontario Ministry for Seniors and Accessibility and administered in accordance with established program guidelines. There is no guarantee for funding upon application to HVMP. Funding will depend on the dollars available and eligibility of the request. Applications will be prioritized based on the assessed needs of the applicant.
Please also note that the HVMP Program will not approve reimbursement of any cost for modifications, adaptations, and devices prior to authorization from the program.
