EnAbling Change: Increasing Accessible Employment

Employees in Accessible Workplace
Increasing Accessible Employment in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Sector through training and educational resources.

March of Dimes Canada, with the support of Government of Ontario, has developed free training resources to increase the capacity of employers in the Information Communication and Technology (ICT) sector to attract, employ and retain people with disabilities.

While the majority of these resources are relevant to most businesses in Ontario, the research, interviews, and case studies focus on how to identify and remove barriers related to employing people with disabilities in the ICT sector.

The following resources will help employers create more accessible and inclusive workplaces.
