Improve your physical well-being and mobility through engaging, inclusive online exercise programs that are designed for people of varying abilities.


*All our online programs require registration. Registration is easy and only takes minutes to complete. Please register for your program of choice using the contact information provided below. Once we receive your registration request, someone will be in touch with you and send you the login instructions and link to access the online program. 




GRASP


Have you lost arm and/or hand function after a stroke or brain injury? If so, our Graded Repetitive Arm Supplementary Program (GRASP) may be what you are looking for.

The program is designed to improve arm and hand strength, coordination, and the ability to use the stroke-affected arm in daily activities. If you are interested in signing up, you will go through a screening process to see if this program is the best choice for you, based on the amount of movement you have in your affected hand and arm.

By participating in GRASP, you can experience a range of benefits, including:
  • Improved strength and coordination in your affected arm and hand
  • An enhanced ability to perform daily activities
  • Increased independence and confidence in your physical abilities
  • Personalized exercises tailored to your individual needs and abilities
  • Support from trained professionals and a community of individuals with similar experiences.

This is a homework-based program, each participant is responsible for doing the exercises daily.

Virtual Exercise


Looking to improve your mobility, strength, and overall well-being from the comfort of your own home? Join our Virtual Exercise program! This group-based program is designed specifically for adults with physical disabilities, including those affected by stroke.

Some of the benefits of this program include:
  • Trained instructors provide multiple options and modifications for functional movements
  • Exercises incorporate mobility, strength, aerobics, and mindfulness
  • Suitable for varying ranges of mobility, whether in a seated position or standing
  • Helps improve mobility and strength
  • Builds confidence to participate more actively and safely in everyday life

Date and Times:
Date and timing of classes will be determined based on level of mobility.

Online Conductive Education

Movement Education Classes 

Our online program teaches and empowers children with neurological motor conditions to move, play and engage in the world around them, while promoting independence, mobility and confidence.  

Our program is designed for children and youth with: 
  • Cerebral palsy 
  • Spina bifida 
  • Pediatric stroke or acquired brain injury 
  • Genetic conditions and syndromes 
  • Developmental delay
