March of Dimes Canada provides rehabilitation services to adults and children who have either survived a brain injury or have another disability on a fee-for-service basis, as well as a funded basis for those who qualify.
In the event that the funding for an individual’s care would end, March of Dimes Canada's disability management advisors also have the potential ability to support a smooth transition into programs funded by Ontario Health.
These services are offered across Ontario only and may be provided in conjunction with other March of Dimes Canada services.
