Sunshine Sprouts
Ages: 0-18 months
Class Time: Thursday 10:30am-11:30am
Designed for infants with developmental needs or delays, this class fosters a nurturing environment for both caregiver and child. Parent participation is essential, emphasizing interaction and bonding through engaging activities. Weekly themes focus on family connection and child learning, supporting crucial skill development. This class is great for infants with developmental needs who may benefit from group play opportunities, and for parents looking to connect with other parents.

Sensory Experiences: Including music, art, messy play, and stories.
Caregiver Education: On developmental play opportunities for infants.
Intended for children who are not yet walking. Parents/caregivers are required to attend and participate.
Sensory Explorers
Ages: 2-3 years and 4-5 years
Class Times: Monday 11:00am-12:00pm (2-3 yrs); Tuesday 1:30pm-2:30pm (4-5 yrs)

Little Learners
Ages: 3-5 years, going into JK/ SK/ Gr. 1

Join us on an exciting journey where your child will develop essential skills for school through engaging activities! This class is designed for children entering Junior Kindergarten (JK), Senior Kindergarten (SK), and Grade 1 in the coming year.
Enroll your child today for a class that will help practice vital skills for school! Our goal is to build upon or strengthen essential school-related skills for children who have developed a foundational ability to sustain activities in a group setting. Learn strategies to follow routines, instructions, and practice transitions, which can help create a smooth start to the school year.
Intended for: Children who can follow instructions and sustain attention for group tasks for 10 minutes (i.e., circle time, snack time, group game). Children also should be able to independently self-feed.
Highlights:
Routine: Using repetition, visual schedules, and group activities to help children understand and follow a group routine.
Instruction Following: Interactive games to practice listening and following instructions.

Children will learn about sensory opportunities and develop their unique sensory preferences. Our goal is to support sensory processing by creating a safe, playful environment where children can explore and have fun!

Mind Lab
Ages: 6-8 years
Class time: Monday 3:30pm –4:30pm
Enhance emotion awareness and regulation skills through fun science activities and experiments. Children will be introduced to characters each week that support self-awareness, flexible thinking, problem solving. This more advanced class promotes body awareness, self-regulation, and sustained engagement in play.

Intended for children with the cognitive ability to understand and practice emotion regulation concepts and follow instructions and structured activities, with assistance if needed.

High School 101
Ages: 13-15 years
Class time: Monday 1:30pm– 3:00pm
Starting high school—or navigating it once you’re already there—can feel overwhelming. That’s why we created a fun, supportive class designed specifically for teens who want to feel more prepared, more organized, and more confident in their daily high school life. Through hands‑on activities, real‑life scenarios, and practical tools, teens will learn how to manage the busy high‑school world with more independence!
Highlights:
Executive Functioning Skills: Time management, building effective study habits, organizing busy schedules and workload, stress management, and cognitive flexibility – taught through real-life examples and hands-on practice.
Interpersonal Skills: Through fun icebreakers and group learning, practice teamwork skills, problem-solving through social scenarios, and learning self-advocacy skills for your learning needs.
Practical Handouts: Participants will receive handouts/worksheets with concepts and strategies learnt in class, to use as a toolkit at home and school.
Intended for teenagers who are interested in socializing, learning skills required for high school, able to sustain seated discussions for ~30 minutes at a time, and able to complete worksheets and learning related to more abstract topics, like time management.
