The Move Learn Grow program delivers a play-based approach to early childhood learning that enhances the development of children with disabilities, emphasizing social integration, emotional well-being, and building long-term life skills.

Occupational Therapy Consultations
Ages 0–16
Personalized one-on-one support sessions that help children build independence and confidence in everyday skills, such as handwriting and getting dressed.
Active Together Social Club
Ages 6–9
An engaging gym-based program where children play games, make friends, and build confidence while developing physical and social skills.

Mind Body Mingle
Ages 9–13
A wellness program where children explore mindfulness, movement, and social activities while building friendships and working towards personal goals.

Class Descriptions and Schedule
Move Learn Grow supports children with disabilities aged 0-16 years.
Note: Increase in age range to 16.
While classes are primarily categorized by chronological age, we also consider developmental abilities to ensure appropriate class placement. This approach helps match children with peers who have similar needs and abilities.
All classes are led by occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants with assistance from trained volunteers.
