Accessible Canada Act Proposed to Parliament


On June 20 2018, the Honourable Kirsty Duncan, Minister of Sport and Persons with Disabilities introduced the proposed Accessible Canada Act to Parliament. This legislation aims to eliminate barriers experienced by Canadians with disabilities. March of Dimes Canada will work to strengthen this tabled Act and look forward to assisting in its implementation.
