Ask your candidates to provide the support people need to stay in their homes with dignity and independence, by increasing funding for home and community care services.
For far too long, living with a disability in Ontario has meant just scraping by. Home and community care services are underfunded. Not enough services are available. Worker shortages and a lack of wage equality for our PSWs persist.
It doesn’t have to be this way.

- Increase the amount of home and community care services to ensure Ontarians with disabilities can receive care in their own homes and communities
- Invest in the infrastructure of home and community care organizations so they can continue to provide essential services
- Create wage parity for home and community care staff
